How do you track which marketing leads became jobs?
To track which marketing leads became jobs, set a scheduled Loop in Maito. It matches ad leads to quotes and won jobs in your CRM, adds the spend from your ad platform data and posts a summary in Slack by campaign. You see which ones bring work worth doing.
How it's done today
The report counts leads, not whether they were qualified or won.
What Maito does
- Pull leads by source and month
- Match them to quotes and won jobs
- List leads with no match
- Compare cost per won job
Example
Loop run: Oct 1 9:00 AM · Monthly lead review
September: 118 leads, 21 won jobs, $14,300 won revenue. • Search ads: $3,640 spent, 54 leads, 7 won. $520 per won job. • Facebook: $1,860 spent, 38 leads, 6 won. $310 per won job. • Directory listing: $900, 26 leads, 8 won. $113 per won job. Catch: 11 of the Search leads had no source in the CRM, so they may belong elsewhere. They're counted as unmatched and not in the figures above. Attached: lead-match-sept.xlsx. Source: CRM records and exported ad spend for Sep 1 to 30.
@Maito why are the directory leads so good?
From the CRM notes, 6 of the 8 wins were emergency calls, which close faster and at higher ticket sizes. That's a pattern in the data, not proof of cause. Want the same split for August?

What it won't do
Matching depends on lead names or emails being consistent across systems. Leads recorded differently may stay unmatched.
Questions
HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio or Pipedrive for the CRM, Windsor.ai or Supermetrics for ads, and a spreadsheet.
It lists those leads separately instead of guessing the campaign.
