How do you draft a company newsletter?
To draft a company newsletter, set a monthly Maito Loop. It collects what shipped from your changelog, the posts on your Webflow or Wix site and events from your files, writes a draft in your voice, checks that each item is live, and attaches the document for your review.
How it's done today
Someone chases teams for updates the day before it's due.
What Maito does
- Collect releases, posts and events from the month
- Pick the top items
- Draft the newsletter
Example
Loop run: Fri Sep 25, 9:00 AM · Monthly newsletter draft
Northstar Notes, September Four sections, 372 words, in newsletter-sep.docx. • Shipped: Scheduled reports (Sep 9) and CSV export for Loops (Sep 22). • Read: 'How to budget for team software', 2,100 views, and the Q3 hiring post. • Event: Chicago meetup, Nov 5, with the signup link. • Customer: Acme's story, published Sep 14. Catch: the changelog lists 'Slack threads in reports' on Sep 17, but in the repo it's behind a flag and off for everyone. I left it out. Last month's issue also led with the Chicago meetup, so I moved it to third. From the changelog, the Webflow blog and the events folder in Drive.
@Maito lead with Acme and cut the reading section to one link.
Done. Acme leads, the reading section is one post, 331 words. Attached: newsletter-sep-v2.docx, ready to paste into your email tool. I won't send it.

What it won't do
It writes only about what it can find. A feature behind a flag or an event no one wrote down is left out.
