How do you bring back repeat customers for the next service?
To bring back repeat customers for the next service, set a weekly Loop in Maito. It finds customers past your service interval, leaves out open complaints, cancelled plans and opt-outs, and drafts a text with your booking link. You approve the batch in Slack and see who replies.
How it's done today
The owner forgets which customers are due for a yearly service until they call.
What Maito does
- Find customers whose service interval is coming up
- Skip anyone with a cancelled plan or a complaint
- Draft an invitation with the booking link
- Stop when they book or opt out
Example
Loop run: Monday 8:00 AM · Repeat service check
31 customers are due for furnace service. 27 can be invited. Left out: 2 with an open complaint (the Harmon family and Ned Prior), 1 who opted out of texts, and 1 whose plan was cancelled in August. Example draft: Hi Marta, it's been 12 months since we serviced your furnace. Book a time here: northstar.example/book. Tune-ups are $129. Catch: 6 of the 27 already have a visit booked for another reason. I kept them in the list, but you may not want to text them. Source: CRM and booking system.
@Maito drop those 6, send the other 21 in batches of 11 and 10 tomorrow.
Updated: 21 customers, 11 tomorrow and 10 Wednesday. I'll show you the final texts before the first batch goes out.

What it won't do
It only knows what your CRM records. If a service date isn't logged, that customer won't show up as due.
