How do you schedule lessons without email back and forth?
To schedule lessons without email back and forth, forward lesson requests to Maito's address. It checks your calendar for open times with your lesson length and buffer, replies with three slots, tells you which one the family picks, and books it after you approve.
How it's done today
Several emails go back and forth to settle one lesson.
What Maito does
- Read the request for day and time preferences
- Find open slots with the right length and buffer
- Reply with three options
- Book the one they pick
Example
Loop run: New email from a parent
Replied to Mira Patel, who wants weekly algebra lessons for her son Dev, Tuesdays after 4. Offered, from your calendar: • Tue Oct 27, 4:30 PM • Tue Oct 27, 5:45 PM • Wed Oct 28, 4:30 PM Catch: 4:00 PM on Tuesday looked free, but Ian's lesson ends at 3:45 and the 15-minute buffer would be broken, so I skipped it. Nothing is booked yet.
@Maito Mira picked Tuesday 4:30. Book it weekly.
Booked Tuesday 4:30 PM weekly from Oct 27 to Dec 15, 8 lessons. Confirmation with all 8 dates sent to Mira.

How to set it up
- Ask your agent

What it won't do
It can only offer what your calendar shows. Commitments kept elsewhere stay invisible to it.
Questions
No. It offers times and books only after you say OK.
Yes. It uses the lesson length and buffer you set and skips slots that break them.
