How do you pause new bookings when you are full?
To pause new bookings when you are full, set up a morning Loop. Maito checks the next three weeks in your booking system, compares them with your threshold, lists waiting enquiries from the CRM, and drafts replies with honest wait times for your approval.
How it's done today
Ads and booking keep going while the team is overloaded.
What Maito does
- Measure booked hours against capacity for the next 3 weeks
- Compare against the owner's limit
- Draft a wait-time reply for new enquiries
- Queue enquiries for follow-up
Example
Loop run: Daily 7:30 AM · Capacity check
The next 3 weeks are 94% booked: 612 of 650 crew-hours. Last Monday it was 83%. 6 new enquiries since Friday are in the CRM: • 2 repairs, 3 installs, 1 maintenance plan • Est. 74 hours, which would put you at 105% Truthful wait time: first openings are Nov 9 for repairs and Nov 16 for installs. Catch: the booking page still shows open slots on Oct 28 to 30. 3 are held for existing customers and can't be sold. Draft reply for the 6 enquiries: "Thanks for getting in touch. Our next opening for installs is Nov 16. Want us to hold a slot?" It's waiting for your OK, and I can hide the slots if you want.
@Maito send the draft to the 3 installs, repairs get Nov 9. Hide the Oct 28 slots.
Sending the 3 install replies and 3 repair replies with their dates. I can't change the booking page myself, so I've written the 3 slots to hide in a note on Ben's task list.

What it won't do
It can't change your capacity or promise a start date beyond what your calendar shows.
Questions

From the first open slots in your booking system, by job type.
It flags slots held for existing customers so they aren't sold twice.
