How do you refresh outdated content?
To refresh outdated content, set a monthly Maito Loop. It reads your published posts in Webflow or Wix, checks them against current pricing, product names and screens, ranks the posts by traffic, and drafts each fix as a separate edit with the old line and the new one for your approval.
How it's done today
Old posts keep ranking with wrong information.
What Maito does
- Check old posts against current product and docs
- List what's out of date
- Draft the fixes
Example
Loop run: First Monday · Monthly content check
Content check, October I read all 87 published posts in Webflow. 9 need changes: • 6 mention the old Team price of $19 a seat. It's $24 since March. Biggest is 'How to budget for team software', about 1,900 visits a month. • 2 show the old dashboard: 'Getting started with reports' and 'Reporting for finance teams'. • 1 still says 'Northstar Flow', now 'Northstar Workflows'. Catch: 'Team plan pricing explained' has $19 in the title and meta description, so Google shows the wrong price in search results. Draft fixes for all 9 are attached: content-fixes-oct.docx. Nothing is changed in Webflow.
@Maito start with the price fixes. Give me each as its own edit so I can approve them one at a time.
Attached: price-fixes.docx. Six edits, each with the URL, the old line and the new line. The title and meta description edit is first.

How to set it up
- Ask your agent
“On the first Monday of each month, check our Webflow blog against the current pricing and product names, and post which posts are out of date in #marketing.”
- Connect website
- Webflow
- Wix
Not connected yet? Your agent sends you a link to sign in.
What it won't do
Maito can only catch what it knows has changed. An old claim it has never been told about can slip through.
Questions
Webflow and Wix, connected through MCP. It reads the published posts and drafts changes.
No. It drafts each change, and nothing changes on your site until you approve and apply it.
By comparing posts with what your team has told Maito, such as the current price or product name, and with your product pages.
