How do you report which lead source won the job?
To report which lead source won the job, connect Maito to your CRM, analytics and ad data. Each month it matches paid jobs to their source, shows jobs and booked value by channel, and works out cost per job for paid ads. It lists jobs with no source instead of guessing.
How it's done today
Staff guess which advert, referral or form produced each customer.
What Maito does
- Match accepted jobs to their original enquiry
- Use only the source tags and what customers said
- List jobs with no known source
- Report by source with spend where known
Example
Loop run: Oct 1, 8:00 AM · Monthly lead source report
September: 38 accepted jobs, $61,400 booked. • Google Business Profile: 14 jobs, $22,900 • Referral: 9 jobs, $18,300 • Facebook ads: 6 jobs, $7,200 ($1,850 spend) • Website form: 5 jobs, $7,900 • Unknown: 4 jobs, $5,100 Catch: 4 jobs have no tag. Two customers wrote "my neighbour recommended you", so I counted those as referrals because they said so. The other two stay unknown. From the CRM, analytics and the Facebook ads export.
@Maito What did Facebook cost per booked job?
$308 per booked job ($1,850 for 6 jobs), or $3.89 of booked work per ad dollar. Six jobs is a small sample, so treat it as a rough signal.

What it won't do
Small samples are noisy, and it can't know a source nobody recorded. Treat monthly numbers for a single channel as rough.
Questions
Your CRM, analytics such as PostHog, Mixpanel or Amplitude, and ad data through Windsor.ai or Supermetrics.
They're listed as unknown. If the customer said where they heard about you, Maito says how it counted it.
Yes. Ask in the thread, such as cost per booked job for one channel.
