To answer real estate inquiries about a listing, tell Maito which questions it can answer and who approves. When a buyer emails the workspace address, Maito reads the listing sheet and documents, drafts answers, leaves price and negotiation questions for the agent, and sends only what the agent approves.

The listing sheet says $220, but the HOA letter in Drive raised it for next year. I used the new figure. • Is the seller open to offers under asking? I haven't answered this. It's for Joon. What it won't do
It only answers from the documents you connect. It won't speak for the seller on price or terms, and it doesn't replace the agent.
Questions
No. It posts the draft for the listing agent first. After approval it sends from the workspace address with the agent copied.
It leaves them unanswered and tells the agent, so negotiation stays with a person.
It checks other documents, like an HOA letter, uses the newer figure and tells you the sheet needs fixing.
