How do you track real estate contract deadlines?
To track real estate contract deadlines, tell Maito where the contracts live and when to report. Each week Maito reads the contracts, your email and your calendar, lists the dates coming up for every open deal, names missing documents, and flags any contingency with nothing booked.
How it's done today
Coordinators track deadlines in spreadsheets.
What Maito does
- Read the contract dates
- Track tasks and documents
- Remind everyone involved
Example
Loop run: Monday 8:00 AM · Weekly deal deadlines
5 open deals. This week: • Tue Oct 20: home inspection, 52 Birch Lane, 10:00 AM • Thu Oct 22: appraisal contingency ends, 52 Birch Lane • Fri Oct 23: financing deadline, 8 Cedar Court • Fri Oct 23: inspection response due, 31 Linden Ave Missing: 3 documents. HOA disclosure (Cedar Court), signed lead-paint form (Linden), seller's repair addendum (Birch). The catch: the Birch Lane contingency ends Thursday, but no appraisal is booked. Nothing from the lender in email since Oct 12. From the contracts in Drive, the calendar and the transaction inbox.
@Maito draft an email to the lender asking for the appraisal date. I'll send it.
Draft in your Gmail drafts, addressed to the Globex Lending loan officer. It asks for the appraisal date by end of day Tuesday and notes the Thursday contingency.

What it won't do
It reads dates from contracts and can misread an amended date, so confirm anything critical. It isn't legal advice, and it can't see paperwork that isn't in your files or inbox.
Questions
Contracts in Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Notion or Microsoft 365, email in Gmail, Microsoft 365 or Superhuman Mail, and a calendar such as Google Calendar.
It writes the draft and you send it. It doesn't contact anyone without your approval.
Yes. You set it up once as a Loop on a schedule, such as Mondays at 8 AM.
