Get early warning on lease deadlines
Lease dates are pulled from the documents and put in front of you early, with the clause they came from.

How do you get early warning on lease deadlines?
To get early warning on lease deadlines, run a weekly Loop. Maito reads the lease PDFs in your shared folder, lists notice, renewal and rent-step dates in the next 90 days with the clause each came from, flags where an addendum and the lease disagree, and can create a review task for each.
How it's done today
Lease dates sit in a calendar, with no link to the lease or the task.
What Maito does
- Read dates from lease documents
- List milestones in the next 90 days with the clause
- Flag dates that don't agree
- Assign each to a reviewer
Example
Loop run: Monday 8:00 AM · Weekly lease milestones
6 lease milestones in the next 90 days. • Unit 2A (Okafor): month-to-month rollover unless notice by Oct 31, 12 days away. Lease section 12. • Unit 4B (Webb): lease ends Jan 31. Renewal offer window opens Nov 2. • Unit 7C (Initech Dental): rent step to $3,150 on Dec 1. Section 5.2. • 3 more, all after Dec 15. Catch: for 2A the lease says 60 days' notice, but the addendum signed Mar 3 says 90. If 90 applies, the date has already passed. I can't tell which governs, so someone should read both. Dates were read from the lease PDFs in files and are candidates until checked.
@Maito Make a task for Hector to review 2A before Friday.
Task created for Hector, due Friday Oct 23, with both documents attached and the 60-day and 90-day wording side by side.

What it won't do
Dates it reads are candidates until a person checks them. It does not give legal advice or decide which clause governs.
Questions
From Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Notion or Microsoft 365, plus your property management software through a skill. It creates tasks in Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Jira or Trello.
It shows both with their clauses. It does not decide which one governs, so someone should read them.
As far as you ask. Ninety days is a common window, and you can change it in the Loop.
