How do you check that each rental is ready before check-in?
To check that each rental is ready before check-in, schedule a Loop for the morning and early afternoon. Maito reads today's checkouts and arrivals, sees which cleans are accepted and which forms are submitted, flags tight windows and unaccepted jobs in Slack, and asks a backup cleaner when you say so.
How it's done today
The host coordinates cleaners by message and assumes it got done.
What Maito does
- Find tight turnovers from the booking calendar
- Confirm each cleaner accepted
- Check completion photos or forms
- Escalate before check-in if not done
Example
Loop run: Daily 1:00 PM · Turnover check
3 turnovers today. • Lakeview Cabin: out 11:00, in 4:00. Dee accepted, form submitted 12:40, photos attached. Ready for your check. • Pine Loft: out 10:00, in 6:00. Accepted, not finished yet. • 9 Harbor Cottage: out 11:00, in 3:00. Cleaner Marcus hasn't accepted since 8 AM. Catch: Harbor Cottage has only a 4 hour window and the guest is a same-day booking (made Oct 21) who asked for early arrival. If Marcus can't do it, nobody is booked. I asked Marcus again at 12:30. Backup: Ana is free after 1. Do you want me to ask her?
@Maito yes, ask Ana for Harbor Cottage, 1:30 start.
Asked Ana. I'll check again at 1:45. If neither accepts by 2:00, I'll flag it here.

What it won't do
It cannot see the property. A clean is only as reliable as the cleaner's form, so a unit marked ready still needs your check.
Questions
It reads the cleaner's form, built in Typeform or Tally. It marks a unit ready only when the form is in, and you still inspect.
Yes, by Slack or email, after you tell it to. It then checks again at the time you set and flags the unit if nobody has accepted.
From your booking system, through Calendly or Cal.com, and from Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 for the cleaning schedule.
