Route accessibility requests to the right person
Access and transport requests reach the person who can arrange them, with details kept private.

How do you route accessibility requests to the right person?
To route accessibility requests to the right person, tell Maito who handles them. When a form or email asks for help, it creates a restricted task with only what the person asked, posts a notice without details in Slack, and flags conflicts with your building notes.
How it's done today
A note stays in email and the people who can help never see it.
What Maito does
- Pick out the request from the form or email
- Create a restricted task with only what was asked
- Assign it to the responsible person
- Post a notice without details
Example
Loop run: New intake form with an access request
A patient asked for access support for Tue Oct 27, 2:30 PM. Details are in restricted task AR-61, assigned to Dev. I haven't copied them here. Catch: that appointment is in Room 3. The building notes in company knowledge say step-free access is only for Rooms 1 and 2. I don't know the patient's needs or eligibility, so Dev may want to check before confirming the room. The task is visible to Dev only.
@Maito I'll handle it. Remind me to confirm arrangements with the patient by Friday.
Reminder set on AR-61 for Fri Oct 23, 9:00 AM. Only you can see it.

How to set it up
- Ask your agent
“When an intake form or email asks for transport or accessibility help, create a restricted task for Dev with only what the patient asked, and post a notice without details in #front-desk.”
- Connect task tracker
- Linear
- Asana
- ClickUp
- Jira
- Trello
- Use forms
- Typeform
- Tally
No MCP server needed. Ask your agent to save a skill with the steps, then add the login or API key in Settings → Vault.
Not connected yet? Your agent sends you a link to sign in.
What it won't do
It can't judge needs or eligibility, and it won't promise an accommodation.
