How do you see upcoming renewals?
To see upcoming renewals, set Maito to run a regular Loop or ask in Slack. It reads renewals from your CRM, then checks billing, usage and tickets for each, and posts every renewal in the next 90 days with its value and risk. You get the risky ones first, with the reason.
How it's done today
Renewals surprise the team.
What Maito does
- List renewals due
- Add health, usage and open issues
- Sort by risk
Example
Loop run: 1st of the month · Renewals, next 90 days
22 renewals worth $310k in the next 90 days. 4 look risky. • Stark Logistics ($41k, Nov 3): the card on file in Stripe expires Oct 31. The renewal will fail unless someone updates it. • Pied Piper ($64k, Dec 12): weekly active users down 35% since August. The biggest renewal, 21% of the total. • Hooli ($28k, Nov 20): 3 open tickets, one escalated. • Initech ($22k, Dec 4): usage flat, no contact in 60 days. The other 18 are healthy, at $155k. Catch: Stark's usage is fine. The risk is the card, which is easy to fix this week.
@Maito who owns Pied Piper, and when did we last talk to them?
Marcus owns it. The last HubSpot note is from Aug 22, a call about their rollout, and nothing since. That's 40 days.

It forecasts risk from the data it can see. It doesn't predict whether a customer will renew.
