Where AI helps a gym or studio.
Class capacity and membership payments take daily attention. Maito fills cancelled spots from the waitlist, follows up on failed membership payments, handles membership freeze requests, and reconciles class bookings with check-ins. It uses your membership software, billing, texts and spreadsheets.
You decide the policies. Maito applies them, and a person approves anything that changes a member's account, such as a freeze, a refund or a cancelled membership. Conversations with a member who is upset or struggling stay with your staff. Maito also doesn't decide who gets a spot ahead of the waitlist order unless your rules say so, and it tells you when a case doesn't fit them.
Start with the waitlist. Connect your membership software, then ask @Maito in Slack to fill tomorrow's cancelled spots and show you who it would message first. Approve it a few times. Then set the failed-payment follow-up up as a Loop that runs each morning and posts who needs a call. Add the reconciliation of bookings and check-ins later, once the first two are running smoothly.
