Maito answers attendee questions by email from your event files, manages speakers by chasing bios and headshots, sends the post-event follow-up, and compares venues and vendors with web research. It also checks equipment is free for a rental request against your inventory and booking system before you say yes.
You make the commitments. Maito never signs a venue contract, pays a vendor or promises a speaker a slot; the organizer does. It drafts and you approve anything attendees see. Last-minute calls on the day, such as moving a session or handling a complaint, stay with your team.
