Where AI helps an insurance agency.
Agency staff spend their time on routing and paperwork. Maito gets renewals ready early from your agency management software, CRM and email, routes client policy requests to the right person, and prefills forms from documents for review. It lists what's missing for each renewal so the account manager doesn't hunt for it.
Licensed agents advise and decide. Maito doesn't recommend coverage, bind a policy or tell a client what is covered; the agent does. Prefilled forms are drafts, and a person checks each field against the source document before anything is submitted. Client emails go out after an agent approves them.
Start with renewals. Connect your agency management software and email, then ask @Maito in Slack which policies renew in the next 60 days and what is still missing. Review the list with your team. Then set it up as a Loop that runs each Monday and posts the renewals to the account managers who own them.
