Where AI helps a restaurant owner.
Running a restaurant means a lot of small admin between services. Maito fills an open shift without double-booking, proposes a reorder from the weekly count, updates ingredient costs from supplier invoices, and reprices recipes when ingredients change. It also locks final catering counts before the event and answers how-do-we questions from your SOPs.
You decide the menu, the prices and the orders. Maito drafts the purchase and you approve it before it goes to a supplier. It doesn't hire or fire, and it doesn't change a price on the menu by itself. Food safety and staff calls stay with you and your manager.
Start with the weekly reorder. Connect your point of sale and inventory spreadsheet, then ask @Maito in Slack to propose this week's order from the count. Check it against what you'd order yourself. Once it's close, set it up as a Loop that runs after your last service of the week and emails you the draft.
